  1. I will have to read more on this. I do know one of the reasons that I have excess weight is because I don't adequately sleep enough with two under four.

    1. It's often the case, April, that lack of sleep has a huge impact on our weight - and every aspect of our help. For years my sleep apnoea went undetected : the effects were immediate, once I started to use my mini sleep-machine. I hope this book will be of help to you x
